Sour Gas Compressor Installation

Brownfield expansion at an existing, operating sour gas processing plant in Central Alberta: a 72-tonne, 1,120 kW (1,500 hp) reciprocating compressor package was lifted over a sour gas pipe rack and set on its permanent foundation.

Access and reach limitations required two 272-tonne-capacity mobile cranes for the lift.
